We are the security.

Internet security starts with the approach we take when using it. In the same way that we are careful when walking on the street, when driving a car and in the way we protect our home, the care to be taken when navigating the virtual space should be the same. We should not pay more attention to physical space than to virtual space. Security is security. We normally only lock the doors to our house when it is robbed. We must protect our computer data. But what is computer data?

Computer data' means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form capable of being processed in a computer system, including programs capable of making a computer system perform a function.

I list some types of computer crime:

• Computer falsehood

• Damage relating to data or computer programs;

• Computer sabotage;

• Illicit interception;

• Illegitimate reproduction of a protected program.
